RESPONSABILITIES
We are not responsible for the unexpected cancellations of
the flights (or any other mean of transportation) but we
offer permanent advising in the case something unforeseen
happens.
According to the kind of our services, especially concerning
to adventure tourism, the client assumes the risks with full
knowledge of the facts and undertakes not to refuse the
responsibility of any accident that would happen to the
detriment of Corporation Perucusco, the guides or the
different providers of services.
If external events disturb or alter the normal course of the
country, Corporation Perucusco, reserves the right of
cancellation of the travel or of the modification of its
content. In case of cancellation, the enterprise will
withhold 10% of the payment for administrative expenses. In
case of modification, we will make a new estimate
considering the changes.
Corporation Perucusco is not responsible of injuries,
damages, delaies, illnesses, losses or other mishaps that
would happen on account of a third person or because of
natural disasters or civil conmotion.
We also recommend you to take out an insurance in your
native land.
